Old Friend and New Friends

"One...That is it, you're mine." Drake muttered outloud for the man too hear. He tightened his fists up and started toward the muscular man, who was extremely bigger in almost everyway when compared to Drake. This didn't bother him, not at the moment anyways, he just shook his head and kept towards him. He got within a couple feet from Damien and raised his leg, aiming his extremely hard kick towards the man's face.

Being much quicker than he looked to be, Damien ducked the kick, sending a kick of this own toward Drake's chest.

The big man's surprising quickness threw Drake off and he missed his kick, and in return recieved a kick which landed right directly in his chest. The kick caused Drake to stumble backwards and dazed him for a moment or two. He shook it off, having to fight alot when he was a kid he was used to it, and ran towards the man again. He leaned his right arm as far back as he could and swung, aiming his haymaker punch for the man's throat.

Damien stumbed back and rolled his neck. His blue green eyes glazed over, he was no longer in control of his actions.

Drake shook his hand after the punch, the guy's neck felt like a concrete slab or something. Drake thought a hit to the neck like that would drop anyone, even someone built like that, but he guessed wrong. He readied himself again, hands up at eye level, but not too close to his face nor to far away. He eased over and gave another strong kick towards the man's face.

Damien reacted quickly, snatching the foot heading toward him and shoving the smaller man to the ground.

Drake hit the ground with a hard thud, the sound of his head banging out the concrete walkway, this jarred him pretty good. He layed on the ground for a couple seconds, trying to gain back his senses entirely and shake the hit off. He stumbled up to his feet and held his head, he looked to notice that on his head was some traces of blood. He just shook his head and hand both and looked at the man, "You're really lucky that you didn't mess up my face, or I would be pissed off right now." He half laughed and ran at the guy again, this time he started to throw a couple jab, hook, uppercut combos toward the guy.

Damien stumbled back, his rage was building now.

Sweat was running down Drake's forehead and all over his face, he had tooken a couple bad blows and the back of his head was bleeding pretty badly. He stared directly into Damien's eyes, he wasn't going to lose any eye contact whatsoever as he fought the huge man. The man stumbled backwards after a few of Drake's blows landed directly on the guy's nose, and as the effect, the guy's nose busted wide open. Though it seemed not to affect him at all to be truthful. Drake quickly wiped some sweat from his eyes, "Come on, I have some more for you, tough man.", and Drake ran toward the man yet agian. He was leaned his right arm way back and then swung, throwing another haymaker aimed at the guy's throat.

Dwayne was jogging through the park, it was really bright and he didn't care that much for bright and sunny days. He preferred darker, more cool days, but he figured why not get out and jog. He needed the excerise to help keep him in top physical fitness, which he was and his Shifter abilities and race also contributed a great deal to that. He noticed two humans, a Faerie, and another Shifter, the Shifter and one of the male humans were fighting. More or less the human was gradually getting the holy crap beat out of him. Though as he moved in within a couple dozen feet he saw that the man that was getting hurt was Drake! Drake was Dwayne's only human friend, and he couldn't let the guy get killed by a Shifter! Dwayne could sense the man had problems, mental problems, thanks too his enhanced abilities.

He tied the strings of his jogging pants around his waist even tighter, so they wouldn't fall off, and he ran towards the Shifter. The other two seemed to be watching, why he didn't know, but didn't care either. As he closed the distance between him and the Shifter, he jumped on the giant man's back and began to swing hard, heavy, all-Dwayne-had punches at the guy's throat and face. Anthony Dwayne Cartel was a Shifter, and an older Shifter at that, and was far more stronger than Drake was and when his punches would land, they were going to hurt something awful.

Daimien growled angrily trying to fight off Anthony.
