Dinner for one?

I was seated down in the booth by a window. It was a beautiful night out the moon had spots on it which meant something was going to happen tonight. By the looks of things I wasn't sure anything would happen. I made my ice twirl around without using anything but my eyes and concentration, a trick my father taught me. I missed my parents and probably wouldn't see them again until I got married, and I'm only in highschool. I sent a tellapathic message to my sister Evie, I won't be home till late. Have fun without me!

I glided into the resturant and asked for a table for one. The male waiter guided me around some seats, towards a booth.
"Perfect." I winked. "Thanks."
"N-No problem." He stuttered. "I'll be back in a f-few minutes to t-take your order."
He staggered away. I sat down in the smooth leather seat and looked at the menu without seeing it. I looked up and noticed that the resturant was filled with people. The only spare seat was across from me.

I walked into the restaurant. '' Table for one please '' i said polite. '' sorry last one is taken by that lady '' the man pointed at a girl who smelled like a vampire. '' please don't bother i know her '' I smiled and walked over to her. '' Rebecca long time since we last met each other ''

I tilted my head to the side, racking my brains. I willed the guy to go on. How did he know me? I was sure that I'd never seen him bef-
Was it him? Had he changed me?

'' How are you these days last time we met was college 20 years ago? '' I smiled.

"Oh yeah." I smiled. I had no idea what he was talking about, but I went with it. "I'm. . ." I tried to find the right word. "Okay. And you?"

'' good good i only wanted to ask you a favor if you are not to busy '' I smiled.

"Nope. Not busy at all. Have a seat." I smiled as he sat. "What's the favour?"

'' try to find out hwere this girl lives '' I showed her a picture of the red haired girl.

I took the picture between two fingers. "You mean Hayley? Why?"

'' something personal but lease would you i will pay you a lot of money for it if i have too? '' that girl ment everything even i didn't knew her i felt the click.

I shook my head. "No money. I'll do it." I saw the look of love in his eyes.

'' thank you '' i said and walked out.

"Wait!" I called after him and followed him. "How will I let you know?"

I gaver her my phone number and left.

I frowned and walked back inside, my dress ruffling in the breeze.

I walked into the diner and asked for a table for one.
The young waiter sighed as if he'd said this a million times tonight. "Sorry Sir. The last table was taken by that young lady."
"Oh, right, that's okay." I walked over to her, noticing her black eyes. She was a vampire. "Hello."

I frowned at the table. How on earth was I gonna find out where this girl lives? I heard a deep, musical voice and looked up. "Hi." I gestured for him to sit down opposite me and he did. I smiled. "What can I do for you?"

I smiled at the girl. "I just wanted a table." I reached my hand over the table. "Callum."

I reached over to shake his hand while grinning hugely. "Becca." Then, a girl walked in and the breeze blew her smell towards my face. I took a deep breath and then stopped breathing. I pulled my hand back and buried my face in my arms. I could deal with the smell. When it wasn't shoved into my face.
I growled quietly at the fact that I wanted to kill her.

I was never good at spying, but I couldn't help but watch this girl walk in. From first glance she seemed like a human, but knowing from my lessons I could tell she was a vampire. I observed people come up to her and leaving, then more coming. She must be popular or something.
"Excuse me would you like to order now?" My waiter asked for what seemed like the hundreth time.
"Um, hold on one sec," I replied giving him my most charming smile. I swear I could see him mealting to the floor. I walked over to where the girl and boy where standing. "Um hey there," I said biting my my nail out of nervousness. "I have a whole booth to myslef and it's kind of crowded, so I was just wondering if you two would like to join me." I asked warming up a bit. I did like making new friends and with my sister gone I needed someone to talk to even if they are complete strangers. I put on a charming smile hoping they would say yes.

I walked in the resturant where Amelie had told me to meet her. I surprisenly got out of work early and although I told her I couldn't make it, I decided to join her for dinner anyways. "Hi Em...Who are they?" I asked sounding like I was better than whoever they where. "Oh and sorry I told you I couldn't make it, I got off early today." I added to Amelie, before my phone buzzed. "Excuse me," I said raising my chin before leaving to take the call.

"Please Excuse my sister's behavior." I said to the strangers. "She's a lot nicer once you get to know her," I smiled. "Speaking of which I've still haven't gotten an answer from you," I said placing my hands on my hips pretending to look frustrated.

I looked at the girl with an apologetic smile. "Sure." I kicked Callum gently under the table and he agreed too, with a smile.

I big smile played acrosss my face. I loved to make new friends. "Awesome!" I said dragging them over to my booth. "So what are your names?" I aksed taking a sip of my water.
