Much Needed Alone Time

Kimber sat up in her piano room as she ran her hands over the keys. It'd been ages since she'd properly practiced and she was looking to get back into the swing of it all. She smiled when she heard footsteps coming up the stairs and started to play.

Parker smiled when he heard the music coming from Kimber's piano room. That had to mean her recently somber mood was slowly changing. Standing at the door way, he recognized the song she was playing and began to sing

Kimber smiled widely as she continued to play, amazed that he remembered the song after all these years. It was the song that was playing at the moment he'd asked her to marry him.
